1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing refconsole.com or entering into a software development contract with RefConsole Technologies (“RefConsole”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our web services or software platforms.
2. Scope of Engineering & Software Services
RefConsole provides digital growth engineering, web application development, local SEO optimization, custom ERP/CRM platform development, and AI workflow automation. Specific project scopes, timelines, technical deliverables, and SLA commitments are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final payment of contractual project milestones, RefConsole grants the client 100% full, unencumbered ownership of all custom-developed source code, custom database schemas, graphic assets, and project deliverables. Unlike subscription SaaS platforms, RefConsole custom ERP/CRM builds carry zero recurring per-user licensing fees.
4. Client Responsibilities & Data Migration
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, workflow approvals, and accurate sample data required for custom software engineering and data migration sprints. RefConsole maintains strict data confidentiality and signs Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to data ingestion.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
RefConsole engineered systems comply with standard WCAG accessibility and raw HTML performance targets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefConsole shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from client operational downtime outside contractual SLA agreements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
